Terms & Conditions

Other services

Ecommerce websites, custom platforms, CRM systems and SaaS projects are quoted separately. The starting prices on their service pages describe a limited initial scope, not a complete price for every project. Deliverables, payment milestones, running costs, ownership and support are confirmed in a written proposal before work starts. The package payments and preview timeline below apply only to the business website package.

Package description

The Premium Business Website Package is a straightforward business website package for UK small businesses. It includes up to 5 pages, mobile-friendly design, contact form, WhatsApp button, click-to-call button, basic on-page SEO, SSL, 12 months hosting, one .co.uk domain for 12 months and a simple administration panel for key website content and tracking settings.

Administration panel

The administration panel allows the client to update agreed main text, primary images, contact details, call-to-action links and supported analytics or pixel IDs. It is not a visual page builder and does not include structural design changes, new page layouts or custom functionality. Those changes are quoted separately.

Analytics and advertising integrations

The website includes integration fields for Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel, together with standard enquiry and payment-stage events where applicable. The client must provide valid platform IDs and account access where required. Campaign creation, advertising spend, ongoing campaign management and guaranteed advertising results are not included.

Payments

The package price is £499. A £99 deposit is required to start the project. The remaining £400 is due after preview approval and before launch. No full launch will happen before final payment is received.

Domain and hosting

The .co.uk domain is registered at launch, after final payment, and is subject to availability. Domain and hosting are included for the first 12 months. Renewal after the first year is £149/year unless agreed otherwise.

Revisions and extra work

One round of changes is included after the first website preview. Extra changes, new pages, redesign work, online shops, complex booking systems, payment systems, membership websites, custom applications and ongoing SEO or ads management are quoted separately.

Timeline

The preview timeline starts after the deposit, completed brief and required content are received. The first preview is usually prepared in 3-5 working days.

Client content

The client must provide accurate details and must have permission to use any images, logos, text or other content supplied to Digital Pegas.

Results

Digital Pegas builds the website and prepares it for enquiries, but does not guarantee search rankings, advertising results, leads or customers.
